The largest organic certification agency in the U.S. wanted to expand their member training program. So they engaged the Organic Education Solutions experts and Sunshine to develop a member survey and create a webinar on organic labeling compliance. Before developing their training plan, CCOF sought to assess member interest in a variety of topics by sector, preferences for different formats/lengths of programming, and willingness to pay. Previously, CCOF offered most of their educational programs for free because of the perception that members would not pay. Based on the survey findings, Reynolds and OES helped the new education manager develop CCOF's first for-fee webinar, and created the education business plan with a recommended fee structure.
